What you need to do is get your diet on track and start eating healthy. That'll help lower your fat intake. You also need to do a lot of cardio workouts to burn off the body fat. To counter the weight loss that will come with this, you need to take up weight lifting. When you build up your muscles, it weighs more than fat so if you get a good cycle going, you'd be losing weight and fat from the first two, and you'd be gaining weight from the muscle you're building from the latter.
