How can i upload a video of a song, without breaking Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act?

If you are not the copyright owner or you do not have permission from the copyright owner to upload the song, then the copyright owner always has the right to have Youtube remove the video. That's simply textbook copyright law. Among other rights, the copyright owner has the right to control the public distribution/performance of the work.
