What would be the right thing to do in this kind of situation?

If you were walking down a sidewalk and you make a turn and find a man collapsed and one person performing hands-only CPR and a group of people standing around watching and you have been certified in Heart-saver CPR by the American Heart ociation; should you just watch, keep on walking, or take over for the person performing bystander hands-only CPR?
