Any advice?

My 15 month old twin boys have been going through a tough time with there ears. Both eardrums on them have ruptured and they need tubes put in and there adnoids taken out. They have needed this done for a couple of months now, but medicaid has been giving me the run around. I reapplied in april but they said they never got my application, so I resubmitted it may 1st. The community clinic has been generous with letting me bring them up there for free and fish has helped me with getting there meds. Im all out of ideas, the gov. has not helped me one bit, what other options are out there?
