Where can we live and be free?

My husband and I will be moving overseas in 2 months appox, because of his job. We will be in KSA (Saudi Arabia) in an area called AL SHARQIYA. Now, we have 2 options, either to live inside ARAMCO or outside. We cannot guarantee which one yet, but if we live inside Aramco I'll be totally fine since it's westernized community mostly of Americans, British, and so. But if we live outside aramco among Saudi people I think I might just die! I will not accept that I have to dress in black and cover my face and not be able to drive. Scared of the idea that while my husband's at work, and I'm alone at home & I have an emergency, but can't leave the house. We plan to have a baby in a few months so it will be even harder for me to be alone in a place I'm not allowed to go out during my pregnancy. What if I'm alone & got sick? I'm scared to death! If we don't live inside Aramco, is there a city or town in AL SHARQIYA where I can feel comfortable and free as a woman, and OK for me to drive a car?
