I think i may be aenimic ( read details below) hmmm (?)?

I have a big ulcer on the inside of my lip said something about being anaemic and i looked at it on wikipedia and there was a photo of a woman who has a SEVERE case of aenimic thing and i Think she has the same colour skin as me???
