Can I buy a $100,000 car in cash with drug money?

Will this raise some red flags in the government? How about a $500,000 house in cash? Im a college student who basically has no income but the illegal one. I know I can open a business to mask my wrongdoings but if I go tomorrow and purchase that brand new M6, will I get into some issues maybe??
