Who else thinks that the known racist ARKANSAS police framed Anne Pressly's killer?

I am bi-racial to point that fact out plainly. My mother is black and my father is white. And I dont see color and are not stuck in the past racial bull. I dont believe people are oppressed by the "man" or whatever ignorant people say and I do not believe that people are less than anyone. Race is not a big issue with me. I am extremely satisfied Obama is going to be the president! However I have some extreme doubts bout what the Ark. Police are saying about Anne Pressly's killer. The guy they arrested looked terrified more than some brutal insane killer. I find it odd that a place where there is known racial problems "little rock" can pin-point a big giant black man and say he was the killer. Intimidating yes. but is he a killer? The also are saying they are linking him to a of a scohol teacher to further downgrade his integrity. Im not saying he isnt the killer. HOWEVER! what if they are wrong? The police, and her parents and friends have already stated they have alot of unanswered questions and they knolw he didnt know her at all. Why would he brutally beat and her to an inch of her life is his motives were to just robbery? I dont know about Ark. But in california where i live when people get Robbed, the Robber either will run away or Shoot you dead and not leave you for dead. This case seems to me more of a "emotional" crime. Seems to me like the real person may have done it out of anger instead of randomly throwing their lives away. PEOPLE know that in this day and age its impossible to get away with murder if you actually the person in the act. Youd have to be deranged, upset, and angry at the person to just not care.
