Should I Buy a Chevy K1500 with 275,000 mi. on it?

I found an ext. cab 1995 Chevy K1500 Z71 today,they were asking $3,000 O.B.O. It has 275,000 miles and a new . This will be my first vehicle, is it worth it? I KBB'ed it and they had the private retail value as $3,058.
