Is this a good deal for a heritage rough rider?

heritage rough rider revolver with .22lr and .22wmr cylinders, holster, 6.5 inch barrel. for $130 NIB? no taxes because in my state (montana) we dont have sales taxes. are these good revolvers? do they have any issues.
