ok so... 2 days ago i was working out side doing (for me) hard work, and by the time i finished my back was in pain and i could barly walk. then yesterday i had the same back pain and pain in my upper tummy and around the sides. i tought it was just from working to hard but today i keep filling like i have to go to the bathroom but i cant cus i have to much pressure in my chacha. it hurts to walk and it even hurts to pee. is this normal or what should i do?
