Anything to feed a nursing dog, thats being a picker eater?

Molly gave birth to a litter of 11 saint bernards 6 days ago.She ate all the placentas except 3, not that we didnt try to stop her. She went to the vet within 24 hours she checked out great and all puppies checked out great aswell. All the pups are gaining properly, she has no issues with her milk coming in. She is just getting over bad Diarrhea (im sure from wating all the placentas). I gave her some Yogurt the last 2 mornings to help with the diarrehea and some cottage cheese and crushed up some multi vitiams for dogs and she has eatin it. I have her on Royal Canin puppy food, yesterday she ate evening a good size serving, today she just picks, i tired hand feeding and she will eat a bit. No fever, stools are returning to normal and becoming back to her normal behavoiur. My concern is not eating enough for the pups, she will eat chicken , rice whatever i find in the kitchen for her, Im just looking for some type of receipe that might meet all the requirments she and the pups need? Thanks
